Delete Account & Data

You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:

Option 1 – Directly in the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Scroll down to Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Option 2 – By email

Send us an email at nina.rauen.meditation@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted?

• Your user account and login credentials
• Personal profile data
• All saved sessions and progress
